This workshop introduces basic techniques for working with Pronto polyester plates, a versatile medium. Unlike traditional lithography, the Pronto plate printmaking process encapsulates all the fun of lithography without the need for a heavy stone!

Using freehand drawing Beg, Borrow, or Steel - photo imagery from a high school yearbook, the newspaper, or the internet, students will learn to create lithographic prints and combine them with any number of other intaglio and mono-printing techniques to create complex, multilayered prints.
